"Seeing correctly elevates the quality of experience." - That is the philosophy of JUN GINZA.
What we mean by "seeing correctly" goes beyond simply having a clear view of the world around us. We believe that the true essence of "seeing" lies in the ability to perceive the currents of the times, identify the challenges society faces, and carry those insights forward into the future.
At JUN GINZA, we have long been offering eyewear solutions that prioritize not just vision correction, but "visual health" as a whole. Glasses are the tool closest to the human face, and the comfort of fit and wear is essential that shape the entire experience. No matter how functionally advanced a pair of glasses may be, it holds no true value without the comfort to be worn naturally in everyday life - that is our belief.
And now, we see enormous potential in the integration of AI and technology into the very concept of "seeing correctly". We feel that the fusion with Even Realities goes beyond expanding visual experience - it is something that will carry human possibility forward to the next step, and we are truly excited about what lies ahead.
With your store's extensive experience in custom and handcrafted eyewear, which features or design elements of Even G2 stood out to you the most during your first experience?
What struck me most about the Even G2 in terms of practical appeal was how its conversate and translate features powerfully support everyday communication. For Japanese people, language barriers can often be a significant challenge, and having a system that naturally assists with that feels truly remarkable.
At the same time, despite being packed with such advanced technology, the design and wearing comfort blend seamlessly into everyday style - and that balance is equally impressive. It doesn't feel like a special device you need to be conscious of, but rather a pair of glasses that fits naturally into daily life. That, I believe, is the true value of the Even G2.
When recommending Even G2, which aspects do you consider most important, and how could customers use these same criteria to decide if it’s right for them?
When recommending the Even G2, what we place the most importance on is not just the features themselves, but helping customers envision how wearing it could enrich their expressions and communication in everyday life.
With the support of visual information assistance and translate feature, people naturally gain a sense of ease in conversation - allowing them to engage with others more confidently, with a more positive and open expression. We believe the Even G2 holds exactly that kind of potential.
For customers themselves, thinking from the perspective of "Will this make my daily conversations and actions smoother, and help me feel more positive?" makes it easier to judge whether the Even G2 fits their lifestyle.
We believe it's important to see it not merely as a device, but as "a pair of glasses that makes everyday life a little richer".
Are there any features of Even G2 that you think genuinely make a difference for people in their daily lives?
Among the features of the Even G2, the one I find most valuable in daily life is the ability to communicate naturally across language barriers through the translation function.
In Japan, we frequently welcome overseas customers - particularly inbound tourists. Having the Even G2 allows us to converse smoothly beyond language differences, which has been an enormous help.
Not only does it give our staff greater confidence in serving customers, but customers themselves also express the joy of "being understood" and the pleasure of "having a real conversation"—the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
It is truly one of the features that makes a tangible difference in real everyday experiences.
How do your customers usually describe their experience with Even G2? Are there particular comments you hear frequently?
The feedback we hear most often from customers is about how remarkably fast the translate feature responds - the speed at which it processes language is truly impressive.
Even in conversations with overseas customers, the timing from language recognition to on-screen display feels completely natural, and everyone consistently says that "communication flows far more smoothly than expected."
Beyond translation, the transcription from Conversate feature also receives high praise for being "accurate and fast," providing a strong sense of reassurance in both customer service settings and everyday conversation.
The speed of information display and the responsiveness of the system are among the Even G2's greatest strengths—and consistently among its most appreciated qualities in daily use.
From your professional perspective, what future enhancements would you like to see for G2 or upcoming Even Realities products?
From a professional standpoint, what I hope to see most from future Even Realities products is a clearer definition of purpose and value for each individual user - and an evolution that allows the product to integrate even more naturally into everyday life.
Smart glasses are still an emerging category, but as more people begin to use them, the answers to "why use it" and "in what situations is it useful" will become increasingly clear - and with that clarity, the potential of the product will expand even further.
And when it is no longer perceived as a special device, but instead embraced as naturally as a pair of ordinary glasses - a seamless part of everyone's daily life - our world of visual experience and communication will become truly richer, and a new horizon will come into view.
